Dough sheeter

- The dough sheeter performs the dough flattening process and prepares it to make pastries, pies, pizza and manakish

- Equipped with five cylinders, three of which are main for flattening the dough, and two for moving the conveyor belt.

- There are two types of this dough sheeter

- The first type: The cylinders are made of polyamide

- The second type: The cylinders are  made of hard chrome

-  مزودة بخمس سلندرات ثلاثة منها رئيسية لرق العجين واثنتان لتحريك قشاط السير

 - يوجد نوعان لهذه الرقاقة

 - النوع الأول تكون السلندرات مصنوعة من البولياميد

-  النوع الثاني تكون السلندرات مصنوعة من الهارد كروم
